We understand sometimes plans change, so to help our customers we have a standard policy for refunds and amendments which you accept by booking with us.

To request a booking amendment please contact us on 01476 594817 or email goodtimes@granthambowl.co.uk with your receipt and request.

More than 24 hours notice:

We would be happy to reschedule your booking to a new date and time convenient to yourself.

We can provide a refund to your original payment method however a refund charge will be applied.

We can provide game vouchers for any persons unable to attend.
