Duty Manager

We are looking for proactive, customer-focused individual to join our day-to-day management team.
We are looking for the right individual to join our management team to ensure the smooth day to day running of both Grantham Bowl and Fun Farm Grantham venues. This position is full time and the right candidate will be be happy to work weekends and adapt a flexible schedule during school holidays and other peak periods. This is a keyholding position with responsibility to open and close the premises.
Key skills:
- Strong leader, able to manage a team and provide a good example to younger employees.
- Good arithmetic skills.
- Excellent customer service skills in person, over the phone and online.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast paced customer focused environment.
- Good multi-tasker with the ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and quality throughout both Fun Farm Grantham and Grantham Bowl .
